April + VISTA - Cooperators | Audiotree Live

Download & stream April + VISTA on Audiotree Live → https://smarturl.it/AT-AprilVISTA April + VISTA is the musical project of the Virginia-raised singer/composer April George and the Maryland-raised composer/producer Matthew Thompson. In a decade-plus of activity, the duo garnered international acclaim with an oeuvre both deeply invested in excavating the impacts of human existence and unbound by the trappings of simple classification. This year, April + VISTA is set to release their debut album 'Traditional Noise': an exploration of the formative music of their youth, twisting deeply familiar sounds into strange new territory in an effort to upend the notion of popular music. April + VISTA's Audiotree Live performance brings a level of artistry and transparency that’s seldom seen in the modern music landscape. Together April + VISTA melds electronic, classical, hip‑hop, and ambient influences into something distinctly their own. During their interview with Audiotree Host, Psalm One, April + VISTA chat about the evolution of their creative partnership, each other's superpowers in the recording studio, and failure’s connection to creative breakthroughs. Check out April + VISTA on Audiotree Live! Catch them on the Fly On The Wall Tour in the United States this July.
