Modern Guns - Drift Away ( Single 2025 )

“Drift Away” is our new single from the upcoming EP, dropping later this year via Modern Guns Collective lyrics This wasn’t healing, It was hiding. Two lost souls, quietly colliding. We were drowning in the echoes of the past. Grasping for something that would never last, Flew through the fire — now we’ve crashed. You lit me up, then turned to ash. The only sound that never stays. Mirror tide and violet trace, You slip through a silent space. This wasn’t healing, It was hiding Two lost souls, quietly colliding… From now ! I’ve stitched my soul with threads of light. No longer yours — and that feels right. To light the path, then drift away, The only sound that never stays. Ashes bloom in fields of sleep, A fading sound that never stays. From now ! Iron fog behind your smile Sinks through walls in crooked style. Fractured tones and bitter bloom You hum like rust inside a room.
