OUR LOVE DIDN’T START WITH US

Before we built a marriage, we were both given something valuable: **love.** Our parents and grandparents showed us what it meant to love, value family, create memories, and build community. And nearly 25 years later, we can see just how much of what they gave us became the foundation of our own home. We also recognize that isn't everyone's story. Sometimes it's hard to give what you've never received. That reality makes us even more grateful for the parents, grandparents, family members, and village who poured into us. They gave us love. They showed us the value of family. They taught us the importance of creating memories. They gave us a sense of community and belonging. And we had the privilege of building with it. 💜 As we approach 25 years of marriage we're honoring more than what the two of us have built together. We're honoring the people who gave us something to build from. Because inheritance isn't always financial.
