This Home Creates Its Own World Inside | LK House

What if a home could create its own environment within? In this house tour, explore LK House by Paulus Setyabudi Architect, a residence designed to be enclosed from its surroundings — forming a quiet, inward-focused micro-environment in the middle of the city. Instead of opening outward, the house turns toward a central terrace and garden. This space becomes the heart of the home — an oasis where light, air, and greenery shape everyday living. As you move through the house, each space is carefully framed. The living area opens to the courtyard, allowing natural light and ventilation to flow in while maintaining privacy. Boundaries feel soft, yet controlled. Further inside, dining and private areas remain visually connected to the garden, creating a consistent sense of calm throughout. More than just a shelter, LK House becomes a self-contained environment — balancing openness, protection, and comfort through inward-focused design.
