Why coaching fails

This episode is inspired by a conversation I had with an inner circle member (you can join here - 7d3.co). She has invested in lots of coaching programs by some very notable people. But she hasn’t gotten the landmark results she wanted. So she is very quick to reject any idea that what she needs is more coaching. I know what that feels like. And I bring clarity to why people often fall short of the expectations they have for coaching programs. If you enjoyed this episode, reply my email or say hi to me on IG - @davidolarinoye
